The Health Care Administrator at Bluezone Care Ltd is responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of the healthcare facility. This role involves managing records, scheduling, billing, and ensuring efficient operation of the facility. The Health Care Administrator supports the care team by handling the business aspects of healthcare delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.

Previous experience in healthcare administration is preferred.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in healthcare management software and MS Office.

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and billing procedures.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Working Conditions

Required to work 37hours and above per week Monday to Sunday, some days including weekends and holidays.

Care will be provided mainly in clients homes and other healthcare settings

  • Basic IT experience
  • Previous care experience, experience with working within a team in a healthcare setting
  • Able to demonstrate care and compassion
  • Be able to interpret and understand care plan documents

  • High proficiency in English language speaking and English writing (ILETS score of 6 and above)
  • Able to clearly document written information
  • Must hold a valid UK full driving license and have a car to use in this role
